Lewat balutan genre dokumenter dan sejarah, I Saw Her in Motion (2026) menawarkan tontonan yang cukup menarik perhatian. The lingering echoes of Ratna Asmara and Kay Mander in 1950s Indonesia, during the early years of independence. Drawing on footage from classic Indonesian films, it moves through memory and the archive to restore their obscured presence, reimagining Indonesian cinema and rewriting film history through women’s eyes.
